When you finish, you will be directed back , by clicking on PayPal's "Return to Merchant" link at the bottom of their page, where you will be redirected back to an online membership form to fill out. Watch out ,because it is a small link at the bottom of the page.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can set one up while you register. It is not required to do this if you do not want to-then click on the link " Don't have a PayPal account . Use your credit card or bank account (where available)". Payments are made to "VB Computing" and will show up as "VBComputing" on your statements.
